Return Policy for Piercing Jewelry

At Elaira Piercing, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your new jewelry, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. Please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we can only accept returns on unused and unopened piercing jewelry in its original packaging. Jewelry must be in its original condition, without signs of wear or tampering.

Timeframe for Returns

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Used or worn jewelry
  • Custom or personalized pieces
  • Items purchased during sale or clearance events

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Care team at admin@elairapiercing.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping your item back to us.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please place a new order and follow the return process for the original item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll gladly provide a replacement or refund, free of charge.
