At Elaira, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. All of our jewelry is crafted with high-quality materials and undergoes strict quality checks before it reaches you.
Because body piercing jewelry is considered an intimate item, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for any jewelry once sold, except in cases of confirmed manufacturer defects. This policy ensures the highest hygiene standards for all our customers.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
- All body piercing jewelry, including studs, rings, and other wearable items, cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Change of mind, wrong size selection, or personal preference are not eligible for return/refund.
Eligible for Return
We will gladly arrange for a replacement only if:
- The product has a manufacturer defect (e.g., faulty clasp, missing gem, misaligned setting).
- You notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The item is in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.
How to Request a Return for Defective Items
1. Email our Customer Care team at admin@elairapiercing.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect
2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
3. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the defective item, and once received, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Additional Notes
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- We are not responsible for items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear.
