Aftercare

Your Elaira journey extends beyond the appointment, supported by expert aftercare designed to encourage smooth healing and lasting results.

Each client receives personalized guidance, along with a Nutrition & Lifestyle guide to support recovery and minimize irritation.

To complete the process, we invite you to book a complimentary Aftercare Appointment within 4–8 weeks, where healing will be assessed and, if appropriate, your earring post can be downsized for a more secure and comfortable fit.

A shorter post may be selected at this stage to support optimal wear.

Return & Refund Policy

At Elaira, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. All of our jewelry is crafted with high-quality materials and undergoes strict quality checks before it reaches you.

Because body piercing jewelry is considered an intimate item, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for any jewelry once sold, except in cases of confirmed manufacturer defects. This policy ensures the highest hygiene standards for all our customers.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • All body piercing jewelry, including studs, rings, and other wearable items, cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Change of mind, wrong size selection, or personal preference are not eligible for return/refund.

Eligible for Return

We will gladly arrange for a replacement only if:

  1. The product has a manufacturer defect (e.g., faulty clasp, missing gem, misaligned setting).
  2. You notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  3. The item is in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.

How to Request a Return for Defective Items

1. Email our Customer Care team at admin@elairapiercing.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

3. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the defective item, and once received, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Additional Notes

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective item.
  • We are not responsible for items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear.
